من هو المحاضر؟  د صديق الحكيم طبيب بشري خريج كلية الطب الأزهر بالقاهرة ٢٠٠٢م عملت في التأمين الطبي في مصر قبل ٢٠١٠ و من ٢٠١٠ الي ٢٠٢٠ عمل في مستشفى خاص بالسعودية في التأمين الطبي ثم التسويق الطبي وتطوير الأعمال في المستشفيات ثم رجع الي مصر وعمل  مدير تطوير الأعمال في شركة تشغيل مستشفيات في مصر وقد درس ماستر إدارة مستشفيات في المعهد العالي للصحة العامة في اسكندرية و درست التأمين في المعهد القانوني البريطاني و شهادة التأمين الأساسية في السعودية حضر مؤتمرات في التأمين الطبي في دبي والقاهرة والرياض حصل على جائزة أفضل محاضر في التأمين الطبي يناير ٢٠٢٢م يقدم دبلوم التأمين الصحي و الحمد لله جمع وألف أكثر من ٢٠٠ كتاب منشور و مخطوط في مجالات متنوعة منها القصة والرواية والتراجم و الإسلاميات والتأمين الطبي والاحتيال في التأمين الطبي والتسويق الطبي.
